Work Environment + Pipeline

The hiring process included a test: I had 2 weeks to model, UV unwrap, texture, rig, and animate a low poly White Tail Deer in Blender. I was early in my 3D coursework at the time.

I learned heavily through iteration and feedback. Artists passed models between each other often and worked as generalists. Toward the end of the project, I shifted toward art leadership tasks including marketing decisions and client delivery support.

Credit note: This project’s growth was possible because of strong team feedback and guidance (including the previous Art Lead, Tatum Pond).
